Friends since high school, we’ve spent years exploring fitness, wellness, and meaningful projects together. With a shared mission, we’ve developed a holistic approach to health that goes beyond the number on a scale—a mindset we believe society has overemphasized. Our goal is to help clients uncover a positive connection between mind and body, encouraging a journey that feels sustainable and freeing.

We believe that everyone deserves to shape their own health journey—whether that means working out daily or once a month. Our focus is to help clients let go of unhealthy beliefs around wellness and see self-care as something they are worthy of, no matter their path. PILATES

A Pilates class focuses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness through controlled movements. Typically, our classes take place on a mat or using specialized equipment like the Reformer.

SPIN

Climb on and turn up the energy. Spin is a high-intensity, rhythm-driven indoor cycling class designed to torch calories, boost endurance, and build lower-body strength - all to a heart-pumping playlist that keeps you moving. Get ready to sweat, smile, and leave stronger than you came.

HOT YOGA

Hot yoga is a dynamic style of yoga practiced in a heated room, typically between 80–100°F. The heat helps to increase flexibility, promote detoxification through sweat, and enhance the overall intensity of the workout. Participants often find that the challenging environment encourages deeper focus, improved stamina, and a heightened mind-body connection. Hot yoga can be invigorating and is suitable for practitioners of various levels, though it's important to stay hydrated and listen to your body.

Cancellation Policy:

To respect the time of our instructors and fellow clients, we kindly ask that all class cancellations be made at least two hours in advance. Cancellations made less than two hours before the scheduled class time will be considered late and may result in a forfeit of the class credit or a fee.

Please note: Due to limited space, Reformer and Spin class purchases are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to your spot.
