Pulse

Pulse is a high-energy barre-inspired Pilates class designed to sculpt, strengthen, and tone from head to toe. This low-impact, high-intensity workout uses light weights, the barre, and controlled Pilates-based movements to target the legs, glutes, arms, and core. Expect small, precise movements, deep holds, and signature pulses that challenge muscle endurance and build strength without impact. Reform 1

Our Reform 1 class introduces you to the fundamentals of Pilates equipment work. You'll learn proper setup, alignment, and core engagement while moving through controlled exercises that build strength, flexibility, and stability. Expect a slower pace with clear instruction, modifications, and plenty of time to master the basics. This class is required before advancing to Reform 2.

*Grip socks are required for reformer classes and are available for purchase at the studio.

Ready to take your practice up a notch? Reform 2 builds on the foundation of Reform 1 with more challenging sequences, dynamic movements, and creative variations that deepen your strength and control. This class introduces higher resistance, balance work, and increase flow for a stronger Pilates experience.

Prerequisite: for your safety and success, you must complete at least 10 Reform 1 classes and be approved by an instructor before advancing to Reform 2.
