We start with Pound, a high-energy, full-body workout that combines cardio, strength training, and drumming for a fun and effective sweat session. Using lightly weighted Ripstix, you’ll move to the rhythm and unleash your inner rockstar while toning your arms, core, and legs. (5:30pm)
Then, we transition into a Pilates session designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. This portion focuses on core stability, posture, and controlled movements to leave you feeling strong and centered. Get two workouts for the price of one! (6:00pm)

Our Reform 1 class introduces you to the fundamentals of Pilates equipment work. You'll learn proper setup, alignment, and core engagement while moving through controlled exercises that build strength, flexibility, and stability. Expect a slower pace with clear instruction, modifications, and plenty of time to master the basics. This class is required before advancing to Reform 2.

Reform 2 builds on the foundation of Reform 1 with more challenging sequences, dynamic movements, and creative variations that deepen your strength and control. This class introduces higher resistance, balance work, and increase flow for a stronger Pilates experience.
Prerequisite: for your safety and success, you must complete at least 10 Reform 1 classes and be approved by an instructor before advancing to Reform 2.
