Embrace the heat in this all-levels, hot yoga class designed to challenge and refresh your body and mind. Set in a heated room, you'll flow through a series of vinyasas and poses that will build strength, improve flexibility, and promote detoxification. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this class offers modifications to suit your experience level. With an emphasis on breath, alignment, and mindfulness, this class will help you deepen your practice while leaving you feeling energized, centered, and relaxed. The room is heated to approx. 90 degrees and 40-45% humidity.
