Lift

Lift is a dynamic circuit-style strength class that combines weight training with Pilates-inspired movement, kickboxing, and cardio for a full-body workout that builds power, endurance, and confidence. You’ll rotate through timed stations designed to challenge every muscle group, blending controlled strength work with high-energy bursts to keep your heart rate up and your body engaged. Expect a mix of dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, athletic cardio, and core-focused Pilates sections that support balance, stability, and form.

This class is designed to be both empowering and efficient, with options offered to meet you where you are. You’ll leave feeling strong, accomplished, and energized—inside and out.
