Performed in a heated room, this class combines the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the added challenge of increased temperature to enhance flexibility and detoxify the body. You can expect a dynamic, full-body workout focusing on controlled movements, endurance, and alignment. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class will leave you feeling strong, energized, and sweaty! The room is heated to approx. 90 degrees and 40-45% humidity.
