Meet The Team

Sarah McNeil

Pound+Pilates, Tone, Reform, Fusion, Balance, Spin

If you're looking for energy, you've found it! Sarah M (or Sarah #1) brings the heat to every class with her infectious enthusiasm and nonstop encouragement. Her high-energy style keeps you moving, motivated and maybe even dancing between reps. She's all about celebrating what your body can do-pushing you just the right amount and making sure you have a blast while doing it. She has a natural way of turning "I can't" into "I just did"! You'll leave her class feeling stronger, more capable and like you just had the most fun you've ever had in a workout.

Sarah is a certified 200-hr yoga instructor with additional certifications in Sound Healing, Chakras, and Yoga for Anxiety. She is also a certified Pound Pro, and Group Fitness Instructor. She is currently working to expand her expertise base with certifications in Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Glute Specialist, Transformation Specialist, and Nutritionist.

Sarah Parks

She's not just here to lead the class-she's here to help you reconnect with your body, no matter what stage of being a mom you're in. As a mom of two, Sarah P (or Sarah #2) she knows firsthand how complex and emotional the postpartum journey can be. She is passionate about helping other moms reclaim their strength, reconnect with their core, and truly feel at home in their bodies again. She blends science-backed movement with compassionate coaching to support core recovery, pelvic floor health, and full-body confidence.

Sarah is certified as a 200-hr Yoga Instructor with additional training in Yoga Retreats, Mindfulness, Prenatal, Hypermobility, and Fascia Releasing. She is also a Pound Pro and Group Fitness Instructor. She is currently working to expand her expertise with certifications in Pilates, Corrective Exercise, Lifespan Coach, Kickboxing, and DNA-Based Fitness Coach.

Bre McGhee

Balance, Spin

Bre is our newest instructor to join the team and will be instructing the morning Hot Yoga classes. With a deep-rooted passion for movement and mindfulness, Bre has been practicing yoga since 2014—starting off self-taught and diving into local classes whenever she could. She recently took the next step in her journey by becoming a certified yoga instructor.

Outside the studio, Bre works with Communities in Schools of Appalachian Highlands as a Student Support Coordinator at Marion Middle School, where she’s dedicated to supporting students both in and out of the classroom. She also brings her coaching experience to the mat, having served as the throwers coach for Marion High’s outdoor track team over the past four years and assistant coach for indoor track for the last two.

Cancellation Policy:

To respect the time of our instructors and fellow clients, we kindly ask that all class cancellations be made at least two hours in advance. Cancellations made less than two hours before the scheduled class time will be considered late and may result in a forfeit of the class credit or a fee.
