Pulse is a high-energy barre-inspired Pilates class designed to sculpt, strengthen, and tone from head to toe. This low-impact, high-intensity workout uses light weights, the barre, and controlled Pilates-based movements to target the legs, glutes, arms, and core. Expect small, precise movements, deep holds, and signature pulses that challenge muscle endurance and build strength without impact. Set to motivating music and guided with intentional cues, Pulse delivers a serious burn while keeping the body supported and aligned.

All levels are welcome, with options offered throughout, making this class both accessible and effective. You’ll leave feeling stronger, lifted, and energized.
