This signature class starts with weight-based circuits designed to sculpt, strengthen, and challenge your entire body. Expect a mix of controlled lifts, functional movements, and intentional burn to get your heart rate up and muscles fired.

Then, we transition into a heated yoga flow—lengthening everything you just worked. You’ll move through mindful stretches, deep breaths, and fluid sequences to improve flexibility, release tension, and reset your body.
